NAEYC Accreditation

The National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC) is a professional membership organization that works to promote high-quality early learning for all young children, birth through age 8, by connecting early childhood practice, policy, and research.

Since 1987, NAEYC has accredited FCC; they are the nation’s largest organization of early childhood educators. NAEYC administers the largest and most widely recognized national accreditation system for all types of early childhood schools and childcare centers.  FCC was also the first center in West Seattle to obtain this accreditation.
